As per your instructions I received key and I installed APK and the key in my tab. It's working but now I have purchased new tab and not using the old. The key that I have received is not activating the app in my new tab.

Each encryption key is unique and valid only on the device with which the request was made. If you want to use the application on a second device, you must make a new request from this device, taking care to use the same email account to make the request.
